My regular advisor is no longer there- I was assigned Chris. I’m single and don’t have another car to use, therefore always needing a loaner. I so appreciate that. Have been down in the USA from Canada for the last 4 months and was able to get my car in for its Plan B service. The team at Beaverton Mercedes was very helpful and even made sure I had a courtesy car months and was able to get my car in for its Plan B service. The service center repeatedly failed to follow directions on work that was to be done on my 2019 C63S AMG (replaced rotors when explicitly told not to). Overall, the experience at Beaverton Mercedes was completely unacceptable and far behind the standard of any other Mercedes dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Top to bottom ineptitude in the service department. Would recommend all Mercedes owners to never have their car serviced here. Was quoted pricing above MB USA parts pricing and had to demand department to match quoted Mercedes pricing on parts. More
