It is definitely time for a new car! I’ve been bringing my 06 in for the past 7 years! Chris is great and attentive always takes care of my requests and is honest in my maintenance needs by priority as fin my 06 in for the past 7 years! I appreciate the fact I don’t get treated any different for driving an older model! The only feedback I have for Mercedes overall is you should have a service loyalty plan as my 2006 needs so much work under the hood but looking at it you would never know as I take pride in caring for my car which explains why it’s still getting around. I think 14 years in a 14% discount might help keep me going for a few more years! I paid the bare minimum to get my car back home and it has been sitting ever since! I have become loyal to Mercedes based on Chris’s service and still looking to get something early next year post Covid! More

After someone tried to steal my vehicle and rendered it inoperable, I found myself in an unfortunate position of facing a costly repair, having to get it towed, find a rental car, and of course the stress. inoperable, I found myself in an unfortunate position of facing a costly repair, having to get it towed, find a rental car, and of course the stress. Dale and Noel were fantastic and prompt at getting this taken care of for me and lifting all additional stress off my shoulders. Mercedes towed my vehicle, provided me with a beautiful loaner immediately, and fixed my car at a much lower cost than expected. Thank you guys so much for making a crappy situation, a lot better. I’ve had two 3 year leases through Mercedes now and have had nothing but positive experiences. More

The service and customer service was decent considering the price. I have gone through other dealers where the price was cheaper and my car was returned in excellent condition. Communication was good throughout.I want to be happy with this service but I already have a warning saying coolant needs to be added. When I got home from dealership I saw my front license plate was gone. I called twice, sent 3 emails. Got a rely stating no one knows the whereabouts of the plate. I am really annoyed. It was there when I brought the car in and gone when I got it back. Not a happy customer right now. More

Everyone at the dealer is so nice and helpful. I needed to have a big service call done and they got me right in on a day that was good for me. I got there and they helped me right away and hooked me up w to have a big service call done and they got me right in on a day that was good for me.
