Service manager did not follow up with vehicle pick up after service was completed. Vehicle was returned dirtier than when it was dropped off. When a Carwash was requested, other service managers who as after service was completed. Vehicle was returned dirtier than when it was dropped off. The past 30 years of dealing with Mercedes service has gone from bad to worse. Key batteries NEVER get repacked for the past 8 years of routine service. I recently had my vehicle in for service and the they did a great job. They recommended an additional repair for approx $1,100.00, on top of the $1,700 service cost. I inquired to the service rep if my exten a great job. They recommended an additional repair for approx $1,100.00, on top of the $1,700 service cost. I inquired to the service rep if my extended warranty would cover the cost and he asked if I would text him the information of which I did that same day. I didn’t hear anything back and sent again to follow up and then left a voicemail. Crickets,,.. I have spent several thousand dollars at this service department over the past two years. Not sure what else to say except I miss Dylan when he was my service rep. Is this acceptable protocol for a MB dealership? Thinking of going to Wilsonville MB as several friends highly recommended them for their service. More
