This is the third time I have been in for either a service or a wash and specifically asked to have the trunk of my car vacuumed...and to my disappointment it has yet to be done. I live in a third floor apartment so can’t vacuum my own at home which is frustrating. More

I had to have my Mercedes windshield replaced and chose to have it done directly with the Mercedes Dealership vs a glass company as I expected to receive a higher level of service. I was wrong. When I went to have it done directly with the Mercedes Dealership vs a glass company as I expected to receive a higher level of service. I was wrong. When I went to pick up my vehicle not only did they leave little glass shards from the broken windshield on my dash and center console the new windshield was left extremely dirty. I had to go back in and ask them to please clean the broken glass off my dash and down the front of the electronic section. Very disappointed. That is not the level of service Mercedes is known for.
