Moving to Oregon from the Bay Area was moving to a slower pace in life. This does not mean the service level should be any less. Rebecca fulfilled the expectations of customer service. She was happy, delightful and professional. She kept me informed of the status of the car and made sure the return of the car was within my desired timeline. Rebecca utilized the text messages perfectly. When I arrived the car was clean and ready for pickup. I will be back for service again thanks to Rebecca. More
Car should not have passed inspection. Broke down same day purchased. Poor follow up. I was told there was a miscommunication however I had to follow up each time to get information and the last time rece day purchased. Poor follow up. This is no different than any other Lithia dealership . I have had several bad experiences with the service departments at Lithia dealerships, they will always come up with many things to fix and won’t let y have had several bad experiences with the service departments at Lithia dealerships, they will always come up with many things to fix and won’t let you walk out without spending $2000 plus. Get a second opinion on brake service (they will recommend you replace it 6-12 months early) don’t let them change your tire (20-30% higher) Stay away from Lithia I had the exact same experience with Mini dealership a few years back. We are switching to Mercedes of Wilsonville so we don’t have to deal with these crooks ! More

Very poor service I find the customer service at this location to be very poor. I recently brought my SLK350 for service A which was supposed to be done by the end of t I find the customer service at this location to be very poor. I recently brought my SLK350 for service A which was supposed to be done by the end of the day. I was not notified that it was ready and I called the service advisor twice, once around 5 pm and the second call was around 10am the next day. She did not call me back. I made a third call directly to the service department and found out that my car had been ready for pick- up the previous day! When I got my car back I found out that it had not received the courtesy clean-up inside. This is my third Mercedes and you can be assured that my next car or service would not be at this location.
