Exellent customer service! I was very pleased with the amount of effort the service department went to when assessing the problem I went in for. Turned out to be nothing, but t I was very pleased with the amount of effort the service department went to when assessing the problem I went in for. Turned out to be nothing, but they found something else and fixed it. Also got some other yearly service done while my car was in their care, saving me another trip from the coast in a month or two! Upon arriving at my service appointment on 1/22/2020 I had previously asked the scheduler on the phone the day prior if they would be able to wash and vacuum my car out since it was a service b appointmen had previously asked the scheduler on the phone the day prior if they would be able to wash and vacuum my car out since it was a service b appointment and they would have it for at least 3 hrs. She advised me that it wouldn’t be an issue and that they could handle that for me. When I arrived at my appointment the next day I asked one of the service guys if he could grab me a trash bag so that I could empty some items out of my vehicle before they started operating on it. He was very snarky about it, but I decided to cut him some slack and not react to it and just went inside to meet with Chris for my paperwork. After getting my receipt and going over the service information with Chris I then advised him that I wanted them to wash and vacuum out the car before I returned to pick it up. He also advised me that it wouldn’t be an issue and that he would let his guys know. After speaking with Chris and printing off all of my documents I then came back out to the service area and found the trash bag hanging over my drivers side mirror. I emptied my stuff out and got in my loaner and drove off. A little after 2pm I received an email from Chris saying that the guys were done with my service and that my vehicle was being washed and would be ready when I arrived. I picked my son up from school and headed to pick up my car. Once I arrived the man told me that my vehicle was done and parked in front and ready to go. After I got to my car I was surprised to see that nothing I requested had been done. The car had not been washed or vacuumed out like they advised me it would be, I was very irritate because I had spoken to multiple people and they all said it would be handled and it wasn’t. But since I had my son with me I decided not to raise a stink and drove off feeling very upset. I pay a lot of money monthly and my service is prepaid for my experience to be so poorly. I drove off feeling like I had just left the Kia dealership. More

Many issues. Trying to reach the service center via phone almost impossible. Kept getting into a loop of messages. The actual service of the cars (service A) went ok, although I had to wait an hour while the car was cleaned up after the actual service was done. Tried to get the front window replaced and kept getting different messages as to when it would be done. Called to get the original appointment and told them about the window. Showed up for the service where a woman service person was quite rude and told me there was no way it would be done that day. That was news to me. Made another appointment and actually brought the car in on Sunday so the window could be replaced Monday morning. Showed up late Monday afternoon to get the car only to be told I couldn't get it until Tuesday. News to be me. Finally got in on Tuesday. I am a Daimler Trucks employee and can deal with this. I am concerned that regular customers would be treated like this. Not a good way to do business and retain customers. The one person who was helpful was Richard who was assigned to me, he was courteous and professional. More
