I was told the service would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Waited over 2 hours. This is the second time the estimated time to complete a service was wildly off. And whatever was used to clean the interior of the car over 2 hours. This is the second time the estimated time to complete a service was wildly off. And whatever was used to clean the interior of the car (slightly) scratched the dash. For $305, I expect better. I won’t be returning to this dealer for service. More
