Routine Maintenance This was the first maintenance on our GLE. The customer service person was nice, but not very forthcoming. Although I didn't expect any issues, ther This was the first maintenance on our GLE. The customer service person was nice, but not very forthcoming. Although I didn't expect any issues, there was no explanation about what was included, or any comment after about the results. I was disappointed that the wait for the car to be washed would have been an additional 45 minutes -- did not have the time to wait. Not the same thing, but thanks for the Kaady Gift Card. More

Work done but that's about it No complain about the work. We sent our car to Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton for maintenance, the way we always have done it. This is our 2nd Mercedes in No complain about the work. We sent our car to Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton for maintenance, the way we always have done it. This is our 2nd Mercedes in a bit more than 5 years. Besides some of the times that we had to bring back the car for some 're-adjustments', overall the work was usually done properly. Having said all this, somehow the overall experience never has been nice. There is some sort of a feeling of almost not feeling welcome. And it always has been like that. To the point that we felt like we were not 'belonging'. Some customers may have had better experiences. Things just never felt super friendly with us. At this point we are only going to M-B of Beaverton because of its convenient location for us. And that's about it. More
