"You know like how your phone acts funny when a software update is required" My phone simply tells me I need to update my software - no mysterious noises.. Happened to see a note on the paperwork that Bluetooth. WIfi, settings could possibly be reset. Would have been helpful or good customer service if Adviser would have advised or asked if I needed assistance. Quick & Fuss Free I did an online appointment one week in advance and was able to pick the day and time that I wanted. The whole process was less than 2 mins. When I arrived for the actual servicing, there was a gentleman who attended to me right away as I drove in and directed be to one of the service advisors. After a few mins, I am all set. I waited at the lounge, there was refreshments and wifi. After about 1.5 hours (Service A), the car was ready - servicing completed, car washed and the inside vacuumed. Perfect! More
