Frustrating My first time to Beaverton Mercedes as well as for the 10K service. It took over 2.5 hours (I was told 1.5 hrs when scheduling). Service tech didn't explain at all what work was going to be done nor review the work performed when it was finally finished. I had to ask if tires were rotated, as well what other items were included in a 10K service. The information was not offered without my inquiring - just wanted to have me sign, pay and then wait another 20 minutes as my car was cleaned. Overall not impressed with the process once I arrived till when I left. Not a very friendly bunch that day. Except for the receptionist that took my call that morning when I had to reschedule for a later appt. More

Great visit to the service department We used to not enjoy bringing our car in as the service was slow, they always tried to sell us extra work, and it was not very friendly. Inexperienced lousy service First service requested by the service center but when arrive, the service advisor quoted for 10k service which was not due for my vehicle. When asked First service requested by the service center but when arrive, the service advisor quoted for 10k service which was not due for my vehicle. When asked, the service advisor, Rebecca condescendingly said that it was either 10k or 1 year which I responded that my E300 was not due for either. She then told me to either deal with it or rescheduled when it was due. Next I asked if I could speak to somebody regarding the Attention Assist feature in which again she rudely responded that it is weekend and only skeleton crew available and to set up appointment during weekdays. It was a simple question which she either is uninformed or just plain unhelpful. Then when my vehicle was ready, the car was poorly washed with the tires being not cleaned at all which I specifically requested in the beginning. Overall bad experience for my first Mercedez. Never experienced such rude service advisor at Audi and this would be my first and last mercedez More

Very Pleasant Experience! It was time for "Service B" for our GLC-300 and, even though we didn't buy the car at this dealership, we made an appointment for this service at the It was time for "Service B" for our GLC-300 and, even though we didn't buy the car at this dealership, we made an appointment for this service at the Beaverton dealership. We were able to get an appointment right away (within 2 days of our call). We were given a loaner vehicle which was in excellent condition. The appointment was scheduled for approximately 3.5 hours and it was ready in 3. We went over to pick the car up and it was washed and vacuumed and all the work was completed. There was a loose runner piece on the cargo area vanity cover - it was missing a screw - and they replaced the whole screen! This was an excellent experience and we will go back for future service needs. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful and exhibited a sincere sense of caring about our business. Felt like a bother I have taking my car here since I bought it. When I called to make the appointment I let them know it had been in an accident and needed to have other I have taking my car here since I bought it. When I called to make the appointment I let them know it had been in an accident and needed to have other things looked at than just the scheduled maintenance and I believed there were outstanding recalls on the car. None of that seemed to have been noted on the appointment. Instead of telling me it could be a long appointment and to arrange for a ride or a loaner it seemed like a surprise I would be waiting. No cars were available and I had no way back home (over 20 miles). I got one update after an hour that the one problem would take an hour or more to diagnose and potentially repair and the other services had not been started. Honestly I’m not sure I’ll bother to drive down there for service again. If I’m paying a premium to be there I want to get exceptional service and that wasn’t the case this time. I’ve owned the car for 3 years and the name on the appointment wasn’t even correct because no one has changed it on your vin record More
