Took 2 hours for an oil change and my phone holder is missin I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours with my 6 month old baby. After 2 hours the car was done, they did not reset the oil notification and when I I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours with my 6 month old baby. After 2 hours the car was done, they did not reset the oil notification and when I got home I realized that my phone mount on my windshield was gone. I need that mount and it makes me wonder what they were really doing with my car for the 2 hours. More

My tire blew at 8K miles. My car is a lease vehicle Your service center folks were very helpful. My issues were more policy related. My car is a lease vehicle and all service must be performed by the dealership. I live in Battle Ground. We have tire shops but because of the policy and what I viewed as a tire defect I called the MB emergency folks and drove my car home. (I was on a major highway with no safe area to stop, a wife who has cancer and if I got a tow, no way of getting home and other issues.) They arranged for a tow truck and I selected you because the NATO location is downtown Portland , It was after 2PM and I did not have the current schedule for riots in Portland. Your folks were ready for me when I got there and replaced the tire but since you do not deal with tire problems it cost me 324 dollars. Now I found out that the failure was due to a pot hole somewhere along the line (another Portland special) and so in that sense it was not a failure per se but then again these are runflat tires and should be somewhat stronger. Bottom line, the service was excellent. Folks very courteous professional and knowledgeable. Wish you had a Washington location. More
