He explained the appropriate services and answered all of my questions. He was cordial and efficient. His estimate of the time required for the work was accurate. I travel 17 mile each way to Beaverton Mercedes and Chris helps to make the trip worthwhile. More

Purchasing my new GLC43 AMG Coupe last year from Tony Yan (he's the best!) and it was time to bring in my car for it's very first service (A Service). I have to say I was very impressed over all with the ease of getting checked in and everything was completed sooner then expected. My Service Advisor Jeff Betzler was amazing and he really took the time to go over everything that got serviced on my car, walk me through the service sheet and answer all my questions. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge and he made my service appointment an enjoyable one! I'm very impressed with all the staff at Mercedes-Benz Beaverton and a big THANK YOU!! More
