Oil Change I went in for an Oil change, but the service rep offered another flush service which for the first time I agree to something that I did not understand I went in for an Oil change, but the service rep offered another flush service which for the first time I agree to something that I did not understand since the representative did not explain. The main issue was when they wanted to ask me for some extra services like changing Breaks fluid and another thing. I got a message that was asking only to approve and I did not know what to do with it, then since I did not approve they held me back for another 1.5 hours, so in total I was there for 3 hours and they never bother to update me unless I asked. finally I told the rep that I had to pick up my daughter that was waiting for me. The other interesting thing which killed my trust in this dealership is that the service rep recommended that I change the 4 tires in 2 months max. I just got the tires last July/August!!!! There are more to talk about, but I think the experience was negative. More

Cost to mount, balance and align 4 new tires very high! Needed to buy 4 new tires for my SLK250. Was cheaper to get through Tire Rack than the dealership. Charge to mount, balance & align them seemed very high to me. Guess that’s the cost of owning a MB. :( Also, on my prior service appointment, I pointed out a missing nut and washer in the trunk area. I was told these would be ordered, but months have gone by and I’ve never heard from anybody. Disappointed. More
