Getting the part took 5 months. I had to call and visit several times to remind them about my order. No one cared unless reminded by me. Pretty pathetic to be honest. Once they located a part, getting a service scheduled was comfortable and the courtesy vehicle was convenient. No issues with the part installation either. More
