I was told my problem couldn’t be fixed and had to deal with it. My E brake sticks apparently, when there’s moisture and it woulnt budge. I had to have it towed. I was also told that it was a known problem by Mercedes’ services but not recognized as a “known issue” by Mercedes’ to where it would be fixed. So I was told that next time to just rev it so hard that it unsticks itself. So I basically can’t parallel park my car or in any parking garage where I can’t rev it so hard that I don’t have room to shoot out without hitting someone. HOW IS THIS A EVEN A SUGGESTION??? At this point my car is unreliable and I’m afraid any time it rains or gets washed my parking break will stick. I absolutely love my car and Mercedes, but this is not what I was expecting with this company at all. Incredibly disappointed. it’s a completely unacceptable answer to be told to just deal with it with such a high end company. This car is exactly a year old. More
Very disappointed with service. After two hours waiting I decided to ask for status of my car and he said will be done in 10 to 15 minutes. After long waiting I decided to ask again.
