Their lack of knowledge on their own processes cost me 270 miles of driving and 6 man hours for nothing. For their used car warranty I was told I hd to come to their dealership even though I live 4 miles 270 miles of driving and 6 man hours for nothing. After My wife and I drove 2 cars and dropped it off and were on our way home, they called and told me to take it to a local dealership. The manager said he was sorry it happened. That doesn’t replace 2 of us taking the afternoon off work or gas spent for nothing. I won’t go back. More
