The service representative does a poor job of remembering discussions and agreements. I spoke with Rebecca and told her exactly what I wanted and my time constraints. Horrible customer service or should I say lack of. I Horrible customer service or should I say lack of. I have my car in MB of Beaverton dealership for repairs since January 2021, minus one week. 2/17/ Horrible customer service or should I say lack of. I have my car in MB of Beaverton dealership for repairs since January 2021, minus one week. 2/17/2021 was the first and last time someone called me from the dealership to inform me that the car requires extensive work at around $20k, and they need to order parts. The car is under warranty still. After endless unreturned phone calls and messages, I set up 3 appointments with service advisors (RL and MC) and GM (RB). One way or the other none were available to sit down with me and give me an update. Keep in mind that I show up for 2 of the appointments and I was 2 feet in front of the service advisors while they were on the phone for 30+ minutes!!!!! I left after not making themselves available for the appointments. Last week, during the last appointment set up with the GM,(I Never had a chance to talk to him) I refused to leave the dealership without answers. The sales manager made himself available (after waiting 40 minutes). He informed me that it was the end of the day (5pm) and there is no one available to help me. As expected, he knew nothing about my car and after bouncing around for another 30 minutes throughout the dealership he allowed me to look at my car. A carcass of a car!!!! Absolutely nothing inside of it!!! I could not recognize it!!!! They literally brought me the whole glove compartment box to get some paperwork out. In the last 6 months I’ve asked a few times to see the car and I was not allowed. I asked to talk to 3 mechanics that appeared to be working on the car, but I was not allowed to. A service advisor told me he never saw a car that needed so much work (parts and labor) at their dealership and that they never replaced an entire wire harness before. I suppose This should make me feal confident having the car repaired at this dealership. This is the 6th Mercedes I own, and this is only one of the many bad experiences I had at this dealership. I purchased cars from MB dealers around the country -Greenland, Colorado, Texas, and local in Wilsonville and Portland, but I never got such bad customer service!!! More
