I had a worst experience on 5/27/21. I usually go to I had a worst experience on 5/27/21. I usually go to the one in downtown and I have never Had a bad experience. I couldn’t not believe how poorl I had a worst experience on 5/27/21. I usually go to the one in downtown and I have never Had a bad experience. I couldn’t not believe how poorly I was treated there. The representative was on phone while he was trying to talk to me after I waited more than 45min. I was 20 min late for my clinic. I had to have my patient wait for me. I complained this and he said that was not his problem. He said he was also multi-tasking while he was talking to me. Multi-tasking for customer service?!?!? He did not even apologize. I just would not want to come back to your shop at all. No way. I deserve a better service. More
