Horrible customer service! Service department manager was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me “stating they have other calls to take care of”. The service department gave my warranty company the wrong information which in turn created more time and frustration I had to go through to correct the problem. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful! I will never go back! Some one else can take my household and family business! Definitely not interested in keeping community business! More

Victor took care of me. It was such a great experience working with Victor. He kept me on point in securing my vehicle in less than a week. I made a Call to the dealership It was such a great experience working with Victor. He kept me on point in securing my vehicle in less than a week. I made a Call to the dealership on Monday to inquire about an incoming vehicle that was arriving on that day. When the car arrived he got in touch with me and started the ball rolling. Including Financing, Insurance and a Chicago pick up for me everything was ready by Friday. I only have one beef. No Plastic covers for the carpet pad or car mats. I was use to dealers tossing in this and that but nothing was tossed in on top of the deal. Still a great experience More
