From my initial call to bring in my car until I met with Brandon everything was superb and very professional as always. I have been to this dealership three times to bring my two cars in for service and eve Brandon everything was superb and very professional as always. I have been to this dealership three times to bring my two cars in for service and every time from the beginning all the way until I finish with my coordinator things go extremely well. But the wheels fall apart while waiting for delivery of my car, which takes at least 20 minutes with nobody paying attention until I complain, and the person that did the servicing for me has to go locate my car and bring it back down. This is unacceptable and very, very frustrating which makes me want to no longer bring the cars for service here. More
