George is very personable and friendly; he offered suggestions and advice pertinent to my particular needs, I was not exposed to an excess of extraneous baloney. I'm a former BMW owner and walked into the dealership with no expectation of buying but to just learn more about both the C and E series. I determined with Cynthia that the C series was the best fit for with no expectation of buying but to just learn more about both the C and E series. I determined with Cynthia that the C series was the best fit for my needs and the dealership had the perfect vehicle on the lot. She stayed late until after the dealership was closed for some time to ensure I was satisfied and review in detail the vehicle with. I think we were the last two to leave and she by no means rushed me out the door at the end on a Saturday. The vehicle and dealership are top notch. Thanks! More

I had done my homework on the internet and with other dealers and had prepared written notes for what I thought might be a protracted negotiating session. I was interested in trading my wife's CLK cabri dealers and had prepared written notes for what I thought might be a protracted negotiating session. I was interested in trading my wife's CLK cabriolet for a newer one. We made an appointment to see a very nice Certified late model CLK and to my surprise and my wife's delight, Mr. Hirth agreed with my assessment of the deal and simply made it happen. My husband and I have recently moved to the Metro Atlants area, my husband drives an S500 and our real estate agent recommend the Buckhead dealership. We have had his car serviced here and on our last visit we decided to go into the showroom and inquire about the GLK 350. We had been into the showroom months earlier but I had not decided what I wanted to do regarding the upcoming ending of my Lexus lease. On January 6, after speaking with Will and test driving the GLK, I made the decision that a Mercedes would be my next vehicle. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my decision and look forward to future visits at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. More

The purchase of a New 2011 Merceds-benz was made into a life altering experience. Never have I had such a positive experience when making a vehicle purchase. The usual gamemanship was replaced by a pleasan life altering experience. Never have I had such a positive experience when making a vehicle purchase. The usual gamemanship was replaced by a pleasant afternoon and I truly feel like a member of the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead family. My sales person Ms Natasha Altman never appreared rushed or frantic despite the amount of activity that was present at the time. She did not stop working after making the sale. She throughly orientated me to the vehicle and was even removing windows stickers and replacing Tags after she discovered that the service department had closed before her customer (me) was ready to depart. She was very happy to repeat the orientation the next day for my very excited wife. At no time was her attention not focused on making this vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. She explained the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead Partnership program and all of it's benefits with infectious enthusiasm. I am very proud to say that Mercedes-benz of Buckhead has a customer for Life. I truly believe that this level of service exceeds that of not just other Mercedes dealers but any -other dealership that I have purchased a vehicle from in the past. Thank you for all that you do!
