I was nervous about purchasing a car from a dealership I had never visited, but everyone at Kempthorn was very accommodating and personable, and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. Kyle was very responsive over the phone, working the purchase details out over multiple phone calls with my husband. At the dealership, Bob made me and my 4 year old feel like family, and patiently showed us how to use all of the fancy features in my new car. And Rita in the finance office kindly shared several candies with my son while transferring titles and license plates in a process that went quite quickly. I don't know if Kempthorn has many customers who purchase cars over the phone and travel 2 hrs to pick them up, but everyone I dealt with made it seem like it was the most normal thing, and they seemed genuinely happy to help!
