Never though buying car can be so pleasant!!! In my shopping around for a new car, I received the best offer from Kempthorn Mazda that is not exactly close to my city. My local dealership didn’t want to match the offer claiming there is no way anyone can offer me such price for a comparable trim and package vehicle, so I went to Kempthorn Mazda to see the car. Before I went, I communicated with Kyle Wirth who answered a number of questions and was very clear about everything I wanted to know. When I came in, Ruth Franz met me in the parking lot and having a woman salesperson for a single woman buyer me was such a comfort as I was nervous dealing with car buying all on my own first time buying a new car. Ruth was amazing, knowledgeable, showed me many features of the car, and answered a lot of questions. In addition, I came late in the day, so Ruth was there for me after the dealership closing hour. Buying a car before was never an easy or pleasant experience. This time, it was the opposite of everything I have seen before. I wish Kempthorn Mazda was my hometown dealership, but for such service, it was worth every mile and hour it took to purchase my new vehicle.
