First impressions are important Had a mechanical problem with my C300 Mercedes. My husband called to see how to go about getting it serviced. The woman on the phone was short and extremely rude. She said "Youll have to just tow it yourself, were backed up and don't even think about a loaner" We called Mercedes of Akron, they politely explained Mercedes will tow it, promptly gave us loaner, and even dropped the car off to us in N. Canton when it was done! We now always have car serviced there. Planning on buying a new one , as this is now my sons car. Such a shame we couldn't keep our business local as we would have liked! More
