This dealer is olny interested in selling a unit not showing concern when there is a malfunction with the unit they sold. Blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Craig the service manager was unpro showing concern when there is a malfunction with the unit they sold. Blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Craig the service manager was unprofessional in the manner that he cared for my case. Mercedes Benz has a feature called cross wind assist that can be a deadly feature. The feature engaged and thrust my unit into a spin out landing in a field. I brought unit into dealership for inspection and was completely disregarded and told that the computer in the unit says it’s ok. There is another malfunction with sensors as well. The service manager and I were on the line with Mercedes, once he had gotten the information from the representative he uttered not one more word to me. He picked up his phone and started talking to someone else while I was sitting directly in front of him never saying anything about next steps, absolutely nothing. I’m not sure if it was that I am a woman or that I an African American Woman. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you! More
