this dealer ship has to work on after sale customer service. the sales department offered very little help or concerns to correcting issues with my recent purchase. I live in the Keys 110 miles from Cutler bay and the sales department refused to offer a loaner while issues for my vehicle were being corrected and would not consider picking up my car. Only when I spoke to REGINA VERA a service advisor did I get concern and competent help for my cars issues. She arrange for my car to be picked up and for a loaner for my use while issues were being attended to.. More

The dealer service is very good, very professional. The issue is the quality of the Benz car is not impressive (GL 450). Only 50 thousand miles, the oil pan started to leak.
