My wife and I purchased a Mercedes SUV from Mercedes of Daytona Beach and couldn’t have been more dissatisfied. David, our sales rep was the only halfway good thing about the transaction. The vehicle was promised as top quality, needing nothing and properly serviced. We paid full asking price since the suv was supposed to be in such immaculate condition. When we received the vehicle it was not serviced, the tires were below the Michelin standard for safe to use on a roadway, the battery died the day after we received the car and had to be replaced, and it was delivered with a broken seat part that was never disclosed to us even after multiple attempts from us to make sure the vehicle needed nothing before purchase. The dealership offered no help other than it was an as is purchase. They did supposedly send the plastic part for the seat, but we haven’t received it and we will also have to pay ourselves to have that installed. We love the vehicle, but didn’t expect it needing close to $2000 in repairs immediately upon delivery. No manager ever contacted us to resolve anything, luckily David was responsive to our questions but no help was given. Watch what you buy from them. Their version of serviced and ready to go aren’t what it should be. More

I really don’t like having to drive 50 minutes south, wait for two hours, and then drive another 50 minutes back up the highway for something that was said to be fixed the first time.
