And Evan is always thoughtful, dependable, knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. And the entry attendant helped me unhinge my key in a new to me way. I was told when I turned it in that it would be at least a week before they could get a service tech to look at the vehicle for the emissions modification, then another week to do the work. But a tech loo a week before they could get a service tech to look at the vehicle for the emissions modification, then another week to do the work. But a tech looked at it 4 days later and I was able to pick it up a few days after that, about 4 days earlier than I expected! More

Talk about taking advantage of people in a bad economy! Shame on you mercedes, and your employees too. I dropped my car off because there was a hose leaking from the top of the engine and it literary was a Shame on you mercedes, and your employees too. I dropped my car off because there was a hose leaking from the top of the engine and it literary was all over the bottom and side of the engine. It looked worse than it was. I dropped it off, no loaner I had to uber to a car rental company. 2 days later I called and David said the car will be out soon. I went to pick it up, and the bill to fix it was $8000 dollars! David asked me how attached I was to the car? Meaning the car was pretty much done! I left with the oil still leaking. Googled the pipe that was leaking, it was 42.39 cents. With tax. I called mercedes they quoted me $179.00 I said to the sales guy, why would you charge me $179 bucks when it's on your web site for $40 dollars. He said ok, well do $40 dollars. I picked up the 12 inch pipe took it home and it took me 45 minutes to install it. I cleaned the oil off with spray I bought for 3 bucks, and the oil leak was fixed. David told me I had an upper oil pan leak and several other leaks. I went to another mechanic who cleaned and checked the entire undercarriage of the car. He said there were no oil leaks and delray mercedes were trying to make some money! Shame on you delray mercedes! More
