Very poor costumer service at service department. They did not answer and return my phone calls regarding the appointment. Kept my car 2 weeks for a single flat tire. Run flat wheel issues are causing significant challenges to service given the frustrations associated with it. This dealership was not able to find replacement wheels for me due to their poor systems assoc to service given the frustrations associated with it. This dealership was not able to find replacement wheels for me due to their poor systems associated with matching wheels to car models. Also, dealer did not respond to calls on status of wheels and I had to physically be there to get update. They also made repairs without my consent. More
