Service Appointment by phone fine, nice but no one came to receive me when I arrived. They charged a lot for a simple tire rotation and balance. Service B was prepaid so not much to say. This is my first Mercedes-Benz and we purchase at the MB of Houston North. I wasn't surprise of the care and service of my car because of the name. Our experience, my husband and I, with North Mercedes Benz dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The constant need for repairs, the fact of no response to our complaints e-mails, certified letters Benz dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The constant need for repairs, the fact of no response to our complaints e-mails, certified letters and the lack of resolution have left us deeply dissatisfied. We need to let others know our case, we took the car to fix the check engine light, we were charged $13,000 plus dollars and still not fix and they want $10,000 more to solve the problem with no guarantee will be fixed After This Short Review, we are going to submit our case to BBB, and then start with a media campaign.
