Usually I have a wonderful experience at this dealership. However my usual service adviser left to be a manager in Clear Lake. I had to go back to get a gasket changed that was missed on my tire service and However my usual service adviser left to be a manager in Clear Lake. I had to go back to get a gasket changed that was missed on my tire service and Jason didn’t check my car in, left the dealership in a customer car, and it ended up taking 2 hours to complete the gasket change. Jason is terrible - this is not my first unsatisfactory service appointment with him. More
