We purchased a car from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville today. We have been in discussion with them for almost a week to find the right car. They found exactly what we wanted and got it delivered to Hunt today. We have been in discussion with them for almost a week to find the right car. They found exactly what we wanted and got it delivered to Huntsville quickly. They performed all checks and inspections and we picked the car up today. From the first contact, we were impressed with the salesman, Sam, and his desire to meet our expectations. Since the car we wanted was not local, we talked with the General Manager, Brett Denver. To say he blew us away with his professionalism and courtesy is an understatement. He kept us continuously informed of every step and even checked in with us when he was out of town. When we arrived at the dealership, Sam did the initial paperwork and introduced us to Cindy, our service advisor manager. She answered all our questions and treated us like family. The finance manage, Weston, handled all the financial paperwork in an expeditious manner and carefully explained everything to us. I asked about the disability promotion Mercedes offered and he was quick to download the form and fill it out for us. It was truly amazing. We then met back our salesman, Sam, and he introduced us to the concierge, Amanda, who quickly and efficiently set up our account for the Mercedes app and connection to the car. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions effectively. In summary, I have purchased many cars in my 60+ years of driving and this was by far and above the best experience. I have never had so many folks concerned about our happiness. To top if off, the diligence and professionalism of the General Manager, Brett, was outstanding. This is the very first time that the General Manager of a car dealership interacted with me. I absolutely recommend them for anyone interested in a caring, professional, and dedicated dealership. I met Greg 2 years ago. I came in and looked at a suv but my heart was set on a convertible. I told Greg I would be back to get WHAT I WANTED someday soon. He was involved, patient, enthu Greg Horton was THE BEST experience my wife Ann and I have had purchasing a new vehicle in our 46 years of marriage. He was involved, patient, enthusiastic, caring, and professional. From the very first introduction, he did everything to make the purchase easy, quick, and enjoyable. We really felt like we had known Greg, and the Business Manager, Genna, for years. In fact, we talked more about military life experiences, pets and family than we did about buying our new C300 - all of that was in the background. And as added plus, we learned about desert tortoises as unique family pets from Genna - which was a first for Ann and I. When it came time to close and then learn how to operate the vehicle, Greg went out of his way to teach us and ensured we were comfortable with the vehicle operation before our departure. Can't say enough about Greg's attention to detail. Suffice it to say, it was pleasure working with these two customer-oriented professionals.
