Just found out today that my maintenance certificate for oil change service has expired and I have to pay for the coming oil change. This was my 4th Mercedes purchase and the expiration feature was never mentioned in past purchases. We drive the car very little and it is now about 5 years old with only 34,000 miles. More

We walked into the showroom today around 1:00pm, to purchase a car.
