The Good:I purchased a used AMG CLA 45 from here. My salesman Brad was amazing! He walked me through everything step by step he was very knowledgeable about Mercedes. I live out of state so I was going to have my car shipped but due to a time constraint as I was going on vacation I chose to fly in and pick up the car on a spur of the moment. The Bad: The previous evening I spoke with Fernando and chose a $1,700 upgrade of protective coating. As soon as the dealership opened I called and advised Brad that I would be flying in in a few hours and that I no longer want it the protective coating option. When I arrived I was told that the coding was already done BIG SURPRISE NOT! I expected they would try something like that just because that's what car salesmen do. Why would you add a future before any paperwork is signed or money has been transferred? Other than that I had a good experience. I just wish I wouldn't have called and showed up instead and I'm pretty sure that the protective coating wouldn't have been done. More

The staff at this dealership, from the salespeople to the management, seem to enjoy their jobs and their customers. They took care of us from the moment we stepped into the building and followed up after th management, seem to enjoy their jobs and their customers.
