I brought my car in for online issues with Mercedes Me app. They discovered I also needed a tire replaced. The car was there two days. They changed the tire but , based on the paperwork I received, they d app. They discovered I also needed a tire replaced. The car was there two days. I have been in touch with the Mercedes Me people and was told I need to have a factory reset. I have to wait another three weeks to get in. Not impressed with the service we received. More
