As an out of state purchased, Brad was very helpful and thorough. He kept me informed and updated as my vehicle proceeded through the certification process. He also gave me some tips on how get my local de thorough. He kept me informed and updated as my vehicle proceeded through the certification process. He also gave me some tips on how get my local dealer to do a curb buy of my leased car since the manufacturer would not allow me to do it as part of my MB deal. Jesse, the vehicle concierge, was great at demonstrating and explaining my GLE450’s features and options. This is my first MB, it was very helpful. Both Brad and Jesse made up for my less than 5 star experience in the finance aspect. Buying from out of state, I expected the finance function to get me the information and documentation needed proactively, not that I would have to reach out repeatedly. I also expected them to get me the best rate possible, not just default to “you’re approved” with no consideration of the interest rate or default to the MB rate. I ended up getting my own financing at a rate 1.5% lower than what they claimed was the “best rate out there.” In the end, I was delivered a vehicle that I am very happy with - thanks to Brad, Jesse, and the certification team. Being an “out of state” business, and purchaser, I have had a very pleasant experience with this dealer overall. Had a great experience working from out of state with our salesman Brad! And once we arrived at the dealership (in the car dispatched to pick us up from the airport no less!) to get up our new car, the enti salesman Brad!
