Car was spotless and my service advisor TJ was awesome. I had to use the night drop off on 7-21-21 to have the repair my tire after it got punctured with 2 nails. Cody Young my tech support called me and said that since the tire cannot be repaired, they will repair my tire after it got punctured with 2 nails. Cody Young my tech support called me and said that since the tire cannot be repaired, they will replace my tire and I only pay sales tax. While I knew my warranty, it was very nice and honest of him and his employer to assure me that there will be no charge. Cody also did a courtesy inspection. Very impressed with their service department. May God bless them. They made my life easy. And of course, as soon as I pulled out of their lot and entered the intersection, I was in crash with some lady in a white SUV......HMMMM More
