I waited almost three months to have my vehicle repaired. The dealer stated they could not locate the part needed to repair the vehicle so we searched ourselves and eventually located the part and had it shi The dealer stated they could not locate the part needed to repair the vehicle so we searched ourselves and eventually located the part and had it shipped to my house. I then called the dealership to inform them that the part was located and scheduled an appointment for service. The dealership replaced the part which I provided and now I have my car back. I understand that there may have been a backlog on getting this specific part but the dealership should have searched for it themselves since there was such a demand for this replacement part and then notified the customers ( like me). More

They make servicing your car a breeze! Juan Martinez took care of me every step of the way. Their text communication was awesome. I especially enjoyed the text video from the tech who was working on my took care of me every step of the way. Their text communication was awesome. I especially enjoyed the text video from the tech who was working on my car and told me everything that he was doing and what he found. Very cool! I was even able to approve a recommended service they wanted to complete for me. More

Past visit: My wipers I arrived with were working perfectly fine! They said they failed! New MB ones installed did not wipe properly! Obviously they didn't check the wiping of the new blades! Came ba perfectly fine! They said they failed! New MB ones installed did not wipe properly! Obviously they didn't check the wiping of the new blades! Came back next day, they installed another set (or so they said) I asked "did they check them this time?" She said she thought so since it was the foreman who did it! As I was pulling out I hit the wiper wash AND THEY STILL WEREN'T WIPING RIGHT! $73+ for a problem that didn't exist when I first arrived!! All they did was switch them around as the wiping pattern problem then went to the other side! Got Bosch wipers online cheap, put them on myself and they worked perfectly! Of course I returned the scam blades they sold me for a full refund! Wow! How can these thieves and incompetent's get away with this crap!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! More
