I purchased my $70,000 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe from an AutoNation Mercedes-Benz dealership and have serviced it exclusively at Mercedes-Benz of Miami, including two collision repairs at their body shop. Until recently, I was very satisfied with their service department. My prepaid Service B contract expired in February 2026, which I was unaware of. When the vehicle notified me of the upcoming service in early March, I made multiple attempts to reach the Service Manager. After several weeks of phone tag, I was finally connected with him. He was rude and unprofessional, stating he had no authority to help me. Following a two-and-a-half-month review, Mercedes-Benz corporate confirmed the dealership did have the authority to honor the contract and offered a partial credit. However, the dealership told corporate I was not a loyal customer, despite my purchase and service history with them. Since speaking with corporate, I have attempted multiple times to reach the Service Director, but he has not returned any of my calls. This experience clearly shows that the management team at this dealership does not value customer loyalty or support.
