Rafael was very nice, but that is the only good thing about this service department. When calling to make the appointment to correct a manufacture recall, they could not give me a time line of how long about this service department. Which is ridiculous, because they know how long the labor will take. The appointment said for the wrong car, despite giving my VIN. Called back to correct, she said that's just the system. They don't give loaners out for manufacture recalls, which is odd. Got to appointment ten minutes early, wait about 20 minutes to meet with Rafael. He mentioned a system upgrade, which could take several hours. Fine, i waited. He came out and said almost done, great. Go back to his desk, again, notice wrong car. Also, receipt says i declined 21 point inspection, which i did not. He said not to worry, they did the inspection. I asked about my brakes, and he said oh they said they were perfect. The brakes are at least 5 years old. Fine, whatever, I gotta go. It has now been about 3 hours. He gave me a ticket and said go give it to attendant outside, they are just washing it for you. Ok, great. I waited at the stand for over 40 minutes, despite the guy saying it should be 15-20, 2 cars ahead of you. In fact, i waited so long, that Rafael came back from what i can assume was his lunch. At least 3 other employees asked me, and one senior manager said I will go get it personally. Rafeal drives it out about 5 minutes later. Car was dripping water, but did not look like it had even been "cleaned" but rather sprayed off. I am assuming when he went back he made them do something quickly. Overall, checked off the recall fix. Will I go back here? Not likely. They have a ton of employees, but not really sure what they are doing other than walking around. I understand I am not a huge priority, i have an older Mercedes SUV with just a recall, so no money being spent, but the lack of efficiency or actual true communication, is zero. I am used to my last dealership that gave 5 star service. Again, Rafael, nice guy. Car attendant, nice. Good experience, absolutely not. More
