I truly hated my experience with Mercedes Benz! I’ve owned vehicles from NISSAN and TELSA and this service I received was the absolutely WORST! I couldn’t get a appointment for a week out and not m I’ve owned vehicles from NISSAN and TELSA and this service I received was the absolutely WORST! I couldn’t get a appointment for a week out and not mention NO LOANERS AVAILABLE. Ive already brought my vehicle in for the same issue A couple months ago where my advisor Ignacio stated if I do the full service it should be resolved and paid almost 1k ! Well it wasn't and went the issue happened again I had to pay another $500 to get it fixed! I was treated like another number at this place where I had high expectations as to being such a luxury brand. I don’t usually write reviews but I just need them to know this place service sucks and hated every moment of it! More
