Service Advisor Carlos was excellent. Sales personnel, when I bought the car, were very good. But, beware of the closer when you pay for your car. I bought the dent removal package. Big mistake. Contrary to what you might think, M-B doesn't do it. You have to call an outside vendor. And, an idiot arrives at your home and claims he is unable to remove any dents. Don't buy it. Then, beware if you are told you have to buy the maintenance package to maintain your warranty. Not true. You don't need it. You'll be stuck going to M-B for a simple oil change. More
