Every time I dropped my car for check ups would receive the car back with other issues, including employee's mistake and not detail oriented. This will result to going back and forth to the dealership to h the car back with other issues, including employee's mistake and not detail oriented. This will result to going back and forth to the dealership to have the car properly repaired. Service team need to treat the cars with more attention and careful to not leave scratches and damages, and supervisor needs to check the car before calling the owner to pick it up. Management is on top, sadly they have to jump in to help the situation as some service advisors give bad customer service, rude attitude, and they would try to get rid of you as fast as possible, careless. Definitely did receive the Mercedes brand standard service. More

I scheduled a 130K service on my 2013 C300 and was informed that my rear subframe was rusted all the way through and needed to be replaced. I am so glad that the technician found that during his inspe informed that my rear subframe was rusted all the way through and needed to be replaced. I am so glad that the technician found that during his inspection. Thankfully, the cost was covered in its entirety by Mercedes-Benz. I have kept up with my vehicle services for the last 10 years and have found this dealer to be exceptional. Most recently, I was working with Nick Scumaci, Assistant Customer Care Manager, who was phenomenal. He was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me with getting my car repaired in a timely fashion as well as arranged for a loaner vehicle and I really appreciated that.
