Service department give me price $445 for my vehicle Service -B, once my vehicle reach service center they code me $650 for service B . Note :-- without any additional work ,only for service - B . They ruined my all day . It's my commercial vehicle due to this im not able to work . Be careful never ever don't visit this service center doesn't matter how much emargency you have.Customer service is absolutely horrible. More

During a recent visit for an air bag replacement, Patrick and Jason in the service department were courteous and efficient. Likewise, in sales, Richard Brooks provided a best-in-class experience. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of Richard’s return to the Carriage House team. With Richard’s help, the decision to purchase another GLC 300 was an easy one. Similarly, dealing with financing can be intimidating, but not with Kate Burrell. Kate took the time to explain all the available options, and made the paperwork process painless. Over the years, my experience with vehicle purchases, service, and repairs at Carriage House have always been positive. I look forward to the miles ahead. More

I was sold a “certified” car which was in an accident untrustworthy , I was sold a certified car that was in a front end accident . Cost me thousands of dollars to fix . Mercedes chop shop My wife and I are in the market for a 450 SUV so we figured the best route would be to go thru Mercedes directly instead of buying privately. We saw what looked like a decent deal at the Carriage house in new London so we decided to call ahead and make an apointment to check it out. My wife spoke to Gerald who told us he would be glad to help out. When we arrived, he quickly pawned us off on his assistant who was obviously new to the dealership. She took us for a test drive and had a very difficult time answering our questions. The last thing you want when you are in the market for a 45 thousand dollar Mercedes, is to deal with someone who can't answer basic questions. Especially from a dealership that appearantly prides themselves on "superior customer service". We were told that the vehicle we were looking at was in great condition and was serviced and maintained very well from the previous owner. Once we received the service records it turned out to be a bold faced lie. Turns out the car was NEVER serviced at a Benz dealership and had major repairs during the "certification process". There was a laundry list of problems with the vehicle which was obviously why the car has not sold in almost 5 months on the lot. Gerald claimed that the reason it hadn't sold was because he drove it personally. Suffice to say, the whole process was very unproffessional and NOT up to the standards of Mercedes reputation. BUYER BEWARE. More
