I received a recall notice for my ML. I made several calls to this dealership to schedule the appt. Each time they were polite and professional, telling me not to drive the car, and that I made several calls to this dealership to schedule the appt. Each time they were polite and professional, telling me not to drive the car, and that someone (usually "Robbie") would call me back, which he did not. Nor did anyone follow up to ensure that I was contacted, even after multiple times. It took several calls over 3 months to get the 15-minute appointment scheduled. That said, the technician they sent was also polite and professional and answered all of my questions. Maybe the problem was just one guy, but they should know better. More
