This was my first service visit with MB of North Orlando for my Sprinter chassis RV. Thomas Welch, service manager was great. Upfront he discussed with me the service options and costs, recommending the low for my Sprinter chassis RV. Thomas Welch, service manager was great. Upfront he discussed with me the service options and costs, recommending the lower cost options to cut the final bill. He kept me informed as the service progressed. And when a part had to be overnighted, he drove me to a local car rental, for my 2 hour return home. The total bill was exactly what he said upfront. No surprises! I would definitely recommend this dealership for service. More
