So some time between service and me picking car up the windshield was cracked. Lee, service manager, said the car was like that, they did not do, Greg was not a service tech so did not know anything, etc., etc. and they were not going to fix it. More

Zero communication. They make you do all the work to purchase a car. It is apparent they are a high volume dealership and the cars sell themselves. I have never had to do so much work and practically be purchase a car. It is apparent they are a high volume dealership and the cars sell themselves. I am now considering moving away from the Mercedes brand due to this very insulting experience. More
