Rude and inconsiderate staff. Victor, one of their Service Advisors was professional and helpful as we were waiting for our 2024 Mercedes to complete the service process. However, their staff members handing loaner vehicles were very inconsiderate toward my wife and left us with a bad impression of the Auto Nation and Mercedes brand. Additionally, they added an expensive paint protection package on the purchase of my wife's vehicle without her consent. More

Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service. I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the serv I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the service advisor and the service manager is busy.The receptionist said there was no one to provide a link for an Uber. I recommend going elsewhere for vehicle service, not Mercedes Pembroke Pines. More
