All they did was drive the car around and say it was fine and working as it should. After that, they did nothing else. I scheduled a 20,000 miles service that wasn't done and no explanations as to why. I contacted the service specialist via phone and text and never got a response from him. They kept the car for 8 hours and they only took it for a ride and didn't even perform the services I requested. I would have been fine with them not addressing the engine light properly if they had a least done my service. This is the second time I go into this dealership and I thought it couldn't be worse than the first time but I was wrong. More
My service advisor is a very good listener, solved my problem. The turnaround for pick was awesome and I really appreciate how he advised me of the foreseen concerns that need to be attentive to therefo problem. This service location is caring of the people first. Awesome!!!! Also my advisor is very honest. I did a split payment $500 cash balance on credit card, I turned over the cash; however, all was charged to credit card therefore, I end of over paying and my advisor returned my cash. I’m very appreciative for good honest people working at this location. More

I needed my tire changed so the service guy helping me said they can only put run flat tires on my car. Under the impression that was the only solution I told him to replace it. After we were wrapping up he said the reasoning is that if I get a blown tire I would need to get a tow truck meaning I could have put whatever tire I wanted, but instead ended up paying almost double because I was lied to. I won’t be getting my service done at this dealership because now I can’t trust what they tell me. More

He identified cause for abnormal engine pulsation and videotaped this defect (right side high pressure pump malfunction). He also replaced both inner + outer boots on left side axle which were leaking grease. The vehicle now runs like a fine tuned racing car.
