I needed my tire changed so the service guy helping me said they can only put run flat tires on my car. Under the impression that was the only solution I told him to replace it. After we were wrapping up he said the reasoning is that if I get a blown tire I would need to get a tow truck meaning I could have put whatever tire I wanted, but instead ended up paying almost double because I was lied to. I won’t be getting my service done at this dealership because now I can’t trust what they tell me. More

He identified cause for abnormal engine pulsation and videotaped this defect (right side high pressure pump malfunction). He also replaced both inner + outer boots on left side axle which were leaking grease. The vehicle now runs like a fine tuned racing car. She did come out and wondered the hallway but never came to speak to me even though I requested it twice. After 20 minutes I left. I think she should have better client relationships if you want us to come back. I would never recommend this service because obviously, the manager does not care to come out and speak to a customer when requested. I told the person who gave me the rental car that I requested to speak to the manager and she never came out adn that i was very upset. the least the manager should have done is to call me, but NO that did not happen either. In addition, The rental car that I was given was filthy. seven up cup in the back straws on floor sand on seats and just gross. the least you could have done is clean a car after someone uses it. If I had a different Mercedes service near me, I would use them. As a matter of fact I am so disappointed with this service department that I wouldn't mind driving 50 miles to use a different service. More

Everything that I dealt with to get my Mercedes-Benz sprinter done at the dealership was a nightmare, from promised times that were not accurate and quotes for jobs to get done that were as well inaccur sprinter done at the dealership was a nightmare, from promised times that were not accurate and quotes for jobs to get done that were as well inaccurate. Which incurred in costing me money for not being able to work with my van during the times they kept it which was two weeks longer than expected. I had to call in every day to get an update if I was able to get a hold of anybody, I was never contacted. And as far as going to pick up the van with a completely empty tank (0 miles to empty) when I brought it to the dealer with a half a tank of Diesel. I will never be returning to the dealership and I will never refer anybody because of this experience More
